Heavy Civil Superintendent - Water/Wastewater

Our projects range from emergency repairs to large-scale constructions over $200 million, with over 70% of the work self-performed in areas like pipefitting, mechanical, structural, concrete, and earthwork.

Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee construction projects related to heavy civil infrastructure, including water and wastewater facilities. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities on site to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on timelines and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the job site.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments of work performed.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in heavy civil projects.
• Experience in water and wastewater construction infacilities including booster stations, treatment plants, lift stations, wells, and storage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
