Title: Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
Location: Crown Point or Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Compensation: $82K-$110K (DOE) + Bonus Potential (Origination, Hours)
Who We Are: Founded in 2001, we are a mid-size, full-service firm with a focus on workers' compensation and personal injury defense. We have offices in Chicago, Crown Point, and Indianapolis and are looking to add an associate attorney at either of our Indiana offices. 2000 billable hours.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal advice, and effectively managing claims and disputes. The position requires a strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and the ability to navigate complex legal systems.
