Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Power Electronics Applications Engineer specializing in GaN and SiC technologies. This role focuses on developing and supporting applications for wide bandgap power devices, driving innovation and efficiency in power electronics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of power electronics applications using GaN HEMT and SiC MOSFET technologies.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define system specifications and requirements for power electronics applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, helping them effectively integrate GaN and SiC devices into their systems.
Conduct performance analysis and validation of power devices under various operating conditions.
Engage with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to production, ensuring alignment with market needs.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in power electronics, particularly in wide bandgap technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in power electronics applications engineering, with a focus on GaN and SiC technologies.
Strong knowledge of wide bandgap power devices, including GaN HEMT and SiC MOSFET.
Experience in designing and testing power electronics systems and circuits.
Proficient in simulation tools and software relevant to power electronics design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
