Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

In this role as Quality Assurance Manager, you'll help uphold and elevate those standards across production facilities, drive improvements, and support continued innovation.

What You Will Be Doing

Ensure plant compliance with quality standards and mix designs
Evaluate raw materials and coordinate with suppliers on issues
Train plant staff on quality, equipment setup, and procedures
Drive process improvements for quality and efficiency
Support new product development and finish capabilities

What You Need for this Position

5-7 years in manufacturing supervision (concrete preferred)
ACI, PCI, MCPX, or equivalent certification
Concrete mix design and admixture experience
Degree in Engineering or relevant experience
Strong communicator and effective decision-maker
