Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Utilize Agile and SCRUM methodologies to manage project workflows and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and collaboration.
• Implement change management practices to adapt to project shifts and challenges.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed to meet project standards and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certification) is a plus.
