Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury defense and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases, develop your legal expertise, and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury defense matters from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury defense
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
