Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and architecture that supports our data analytics initiatives. As a lead, you will guide a team of data engineers and work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure seamless data flow and high-quality data processing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines using Python and Spark.
Architect and optimize data storage solutions in Snowflake.
Implement and manage ETL processes to ensure efficient data transformation.
Oversee the deployment of data engineering solutions using Kubernetes and AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that support business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior data engineers on best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
Proven experience with Python, Snowflake, Spark, and Airflow.
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data architecture principles.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
