Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Employment Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation in labor and employment matters, ensuring our clients' needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
Provide legal advice on employment policies, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
Conduct internal investigations and audits related to employment issues.
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with other attorneys and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the state of Louisiana.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
