We have multiple roles open for a Maintenance Technician skillset, both on a DAY/First shift, and on an OVERNIGHT/3rd shift with our manufacturing facility located just outside of the Hagerstown, MD area.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of machinery and equipment within the facility, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
Shifts available:
We would like to see Maintenance specialists with a combination of Electrical, Mechanical and general manufacturing/industrial repair and troubleshooting experience, and an ability to shift priorities, plan downtime and repairs when possible and work well as a part of a team where everyone's contribution counts and adds to success of both the team, the department and the company.

We are offering an hourly rate, commensurate to the experience brought to the role, anywhere in the 27.00 to 33.00 per hour range, depending on the shift worked, and maybe a bit more for an out of this world fit candidate, along with a full benefit offering, including:
