Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for advocating for clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, and restraining orders. The attorney will represent clients in family court and provide legal counsel to help them navigate complex family issues with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and restraining orders
Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs
Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding family law matters
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law developments
Litigate cases in family court as necessary
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant state
Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and litigation
Strong understanding of family law principles and court procedures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Proficient in legal research and writing
