Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various automation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of control systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for automated processes.
Program and configure PLCs and HMIs to meet project specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project requirements and timelines.
Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Document control system designs, configurations, and modifications as required.
Provide technical support and training for operators and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in control systems design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems.
Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens control products.
Experience with automation and robotics systems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
