Job Title: Plant Controller
Location: Herber Springs, AR
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000
Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance / 4+ years of Accounting and Leadership Experience / 4+ years of Manufacturing/Cost role / CPA Preferred, Not Required
- Financial/management accounting and reporting.
- Partners with the GM to ensure a clear understanding of performance versus targets and prior year.
- Support plant management with financial tools, job cost information and profitability analysis.
- Prepares and reviews monthly financial statements.
- Applies accounting theory and company policy as appropriate.
- Ensures the timely and accurate completion of all deliverables.
- Implements company policies for accounting, setting standards for balance sheet discipline and controllership duties.
- Responsible for asset preservation and working capital management.
- Develops a robust internal control framework and ensures compliance throughout the organization.
- Sets the highest ethical standards for self and others
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of Accounting and Leadership Experience
- 4+ years of Manufacturing/Cost role
- Strong Knowledge of GAAP
- CPA Preferred, Not Required
