Established (10+ Years) IP & Complex Litigation Firm Seeking an IP (Patent) Litigation Associate in Salt Lake City, UT; Park City, UT; or Irvine, CA
A well-established IP and complex litigation firm with over a decade of success is seeking an IP Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT; Park City, UT; or Irvine, CA. This role is focused on patent litigation.
Offer:
Salary range: $130,000 - $200,000+, depending on experience and location

Qualifications:
2-4 years of IP (patent) litigation experience
Active Bar membership in Utah or California (or ability to waive in)
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
Background in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or a related technical field preferred
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in patent and trademark litigation matters in federal courts and before the USPTO
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for complex IP cases
Manage discovery, conduct legal research, and prepare for depositions and hearings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment
Support enforcement and defense of IP rights across various technologies
