Associate Attorney - Insurance Recovery

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Recovery to join our dynamic legal team. This role is essential in representing our clients in various insurance recovery matters, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background and a passion for helping clients navigate complex insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in navigating insurance recovery claims and disputes
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and contracts
Represent clients in negotiations and litigation concerning insurance claims
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support in complex cases
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry trends
Communicate effectively with clients to update them on case progress and provide guidance

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience in insurance recovery or related fields is preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
